2. Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods:
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe and PayPal using major credit and debit cards, as well as other options supported by these platforms.
• Shades of Strong LLC does not store or access your payment information.
Payment Timeline:
• For physical and digital products (e.g., books, journals), payment is due in full at checkout.
• For services (e.g., coaching sessions, workshops), payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
• All sales are final. Refunds or cancellations are not offered as a standard policy.
• In extenuating circumstances, you may submit a request to [email protected] for consideration. Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and decisions are at the sole discretion of Shades of Strong LLC.
• Non-refundable deposits may be required for coaching packages or workshops and cover preparation and reserved time.
3. Intellectual Property
• All content provided by Shades of Strong LLC, including but not limited to audio recordings, written materials, visual content, and branding (e.g., Strength Without Struggle™, Every Sis Seen, Every Sis Heard™), is the intellectual property of Shades of Strong LLC.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
• Authorized licensees may use approved materials as outlined in their active license agreement.

For Coaching Services:
• Coaching is for informational and personal development purposes only. It is not a substitute for therapy, medical advice, or professional mental health services.
• Results are not guaranteed and depend on the client’s active participation and effort.
For Products and Workshops:

7. Licensing Terms for Professionals
For individuals who purchase a professional license to use the Support Languages™ framework or SISTA Methodology™ in client work, the following terms apply:
The license grants non-exclusive, time-limited permission to use specified materials (as outlined in the license agreement) for 1:1 sessions or small group facilitation.
Licensing is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and must be renewed annually to remain active. If not renewed, all rights to use, share, or distribute the framework expire.
Materials may not be altered, repackaged, resold, or used to create derivative offerings without written consent.
Attribution to “Support Languages™ by Shirley Hubbard” is required when used in client-facing resources or public discussions.
By completing your licensing purchase, you agree to all terms listed in the official Licensee Agreement, which is available upon purchase.
